Spring is teasing its way down from the high country into the valley where I live. There are signs, smells, and sights only residents sense and they are beginning to appear. It is time, this spring, to build my website and get this blog going! Then, seek out a community of people who want to openly communicate their love of Christ. People who are ready to come along beside others wanting to know Christ. All learning and growing together. I have come through personal trials by fire and gained the strength I need to start again.
I am working with a major publishing house to publish my book and market it worldwide while I continue to write. The book was finished a few years ago. When I typed “The End”, the trials began appearing. The dark side wanted me to give up.
The Covid 19 Pandemic upended all our lives, suspended us in midair, and slammed us down hard. The losses have been unimaginable. The resulting chaos has definitely shaken us to our individual foundations. The majority of us discovered what we are made of and what we really valued. We’ve sought to evaluate our lives and make the necessary course corrections. I hope we can become an open forum to help each other. I crave returning to civil discourse respecting each other’s opinions and personalities. God’s people are out there in all varieties of the Human Race. The tail is swinging the monkey right now, but we can and must change the game.
